The HL-4R is an impressive headlight with a great level of performance. It has a 275 Lumen output from its CREE LED, projecting the white beam with an even spread. In addition there is also two red LEDs which provide a solid beam for night visions, as well as a flash and SOS mode when needed. The unit itself is rechargeable, with a Li-polymer battery giving the torch a runtime of 6.5 hours. This is USB rechargeable via the included Micro-USB cable meaning it can be charged in a smartphone charger, laptop or any other suitable ports. In terms of placement choices, there is either a silicone lined headband, or the 3M VHB helmet mount, securing comfortably to which every solution you opt for. With its strong ABS housing and an IPX5 rating, the headlight is well suited for a number of working tasks and can withstand an industrial environment.
